Job Club RI

Tuesdays in November @ 6:30 PM

Join us for the return of Job Club! The next six-week session begins Tuesday, October 5. Sessions are held 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM in our Nash Community Room. Job Club is free and open to anyone who is unemployed or looking for a job change. Click HERE to visit for more info.

RPG Mini Painting

Every Other Friday in November @ 2:00 PM

RPG miniatures are small models used for characters in games like Dungeons & Dragons. Participants will receive one medium character of their own, and paint additional minis for the library. Paints, brushes, and help are provided. Email to register.


Walking Club

Mondays in November @ 8:30 AM*

Meet us in the library parking lot on Monday mornings (*excluding holidays) to walk the bike path together. All ages are welcome, but minors must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, email Weather permitting!

Senior Social Hour

Thursdays @ 10:00 AM

Formally named "Senior Tech", this social time is a relaxed environment for older adults to hang out with friends, meet new people, and get lite tech help from knowledgeable staff. You can bring a device, some recipes, a book, or just bring yourself! The door is open until noon.

D&D One-Shot Adventures

Fight Period Poverty

Services & Community

FREE menstrual cups & washable cloth pads are available at the Reference and Youth department desks. These safe, effective products come in multiple sized and save hundreds of dollars per year. All kits are handled discretely and all staff are available to answer any questions.

Holiday Closures

Library Hours

The library will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. The library will also be closing EARLY on Wednesday, November 24 at 5:00 PM. The library is then CLOSED for the Thanksgiving holiday on both Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26. 


Extended Hours for Fall

Library Hours

The library has finally been able to extend its hours to - almost - be back to our regular schedule pre-COVID. We are now open Monday nights until 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are now available three weekday nights and one weekend day.
