Hello all! We at West Warwick Public Library hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy in these times of crisis. While we are closed due to Covid-19, we are all hard at work behind the scenes trying to bring our patrons as many unique and exciting virtual library experiences as possible.
Please check back here often for all sorts of updates and resources. As we receive new information and offer new things, we will post here! As always, if you have any questions please contact staff at or via our Facebook page's messenger feature. Staff are standing by to assist as swiftly as we can! Thank you!
West Warwick Public Library is excited to offer limited computer access! Computer access will be available for patrons by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call us at (401) 828-3750 x 101 to schedule one hour of computer use. Up to ten FREE black & white prints are offered with this service. Please note that the building is NOT fully open and no additional services are available.
We are extending our curbside hours! Mondays and Wednesdays will now allow patrons to pickup their holds - by appointment only - anywhere from 10 AM to 8 PM. We hope this helps those that have returned to work. NOTE: We no longer offer random title selections, and specific items must be requested via our catalog or by calling for staff help at (401) 828-3750.
DVDs and all audio/visual materials (audiobooks, blu-ray, CDs, etc.) are now included in curbside pickup orders. When selecting your materials, you can now choose to order any of these materials as part of your five items to request for pickup. If the item is not in our collection, you may contact us to have it ordered for you.
We are now taking request forms for curbside book pickup service! Click here to visit our page with access to forms for both Adult and Youth books. Patrons can request up to five (5) books per person. A librarian will call to confirm and schedule a no-contact pickup time. Please read the guidelines closely to ensure the safety of yourself and staff.
