Tax Preparation at the Library

West Warwick Public Library annually serves as a free AARP Tax Preparation Site for simple, personal tax returns.

We are now taking appointments for tax preparation! Please call 401-828-3750 ext. 1 to book your appointment.

If you have already scheduled your appointment, you must pick up an AARP Tax Packet at the Adult Services desk on the second floor and fill it out BEFORE your appointment.

At the time of your appointment, please bring:

Your completed AARP Tax Packet
Your photo ID
Your social security card
Last year's tax return, if you have it
Any other relevant documents for your taxes

Tax forms and other paperwork can be printed in the Adult Services Department on the second floor for $0.20 per page.
